Chicken CSA Order Form

Fill out the forms below and submit; we will receive the submission and email back to you pricing and logistics ASAP;  within 36 hours at the very latest.

Base price for one share- $137 (one chicken per month, six per CSA season, all whole birds averaging 7 lbs. each with no extra giblets). Payment is due BEFORE the start of the CSA.

In the order form, indicate how you want your birds cut up- make sure that the combination of cuts (whole, half, parted) add up to number of birds in your share. Example: if you reserve two shares (12 chickens total), you could have four whole, four half, and four parted.

After you submit the form, we will email you an invoice and confirm your order.
